My interest in fitness and purposeful training stems from a desire to filter out all of the noise that currently surrounds the health industry. Things are not as complicated as people make it out to be.
I’m a huge fitness nerd, but you will usually find me listening to podcasts, sipping americanos in the morning, and watching cooking videos on YouTube.
A big reason for me to put out content online is to remove the uncertainty that comes with pursuing fitness goals, whether it be for health or performance.
